Who we are

OnSite First is a trade name of CARSNSARGNT LLC. "We" and "us" in these terms mean CARSNSARGNT LLC doing business as OnSite First.

What you get

A subscription to OnSite First costs $79 per month, plus any sales tax that applies where you are located. Tax, if any, is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Each weekday morning (Monday through Friday) we email you a list of new building permits issued by the City of Chicago the day before (Monday's list covers Friday through Sunday) that match the trade you tell us, including the job address, job type, reported job value, and the contractors listed on the permit.

Where the data comes from

The list is compiled from public building permit records published by the City of Chicago. Job values are the amounts reported on the permit application. We do not guarantee that any listed job will result in work for you, and we are not responsible for errors or delays in the city's records.

Billing and cancellation

Your card is charged $79 plus applicable tax when you subscribe and every month after that until you cancel. You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@onsitefirst.com. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access through the end of the month you paid for.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, email hello@onsitefirst.com within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund that first payment in full. After those 7 days, payments are not refunded, but you can cancel anytime and you will not be charged again. The guarantee applies to your first payment only.

How you may use the list

The list is for your own business use. Please do not resell or republish it. When you contact anyone on the list, you are responsible for following the laws that apply to your outreach.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies.
